Happy Home Nepal started as a small association without by-laws, operating under our own ethical responsibility.

In June 2009, we decided to transform Happy Home Nepal into a registred not-for-profit organization.

The first general assembly took place on June 28, 2009 when Happy Home Nepal was officially created as a not-for-profit organization with a president, a vice-president, a treasurer and an auditor.
